The Hakucho (Swan) Bridge is completed for 40 years after its conceptualization and 14 years after construction had begun, and in order to pass its large scale project down the generations, the Hakucho Bridge Memorial Hall was built, and it is registered as a roadside rest area “Mitara Muroran.”
